1. Acceptance
When registering with http://www.freethewriter.com (the Website) you accept these terms and conditions (the "Subscribers Terms & Conditions") by confirming such acceptance by e-mail to webmaster@freethewriter.com. In any event, by submitting materials to the Website, you accept these Subscribers' Terms and Conditions.
2. Website Service extent
The Website offers you in its webpages an internet service which provides a platform on which you can post via email your personally written material.
3. Ownership Of Work
In accepting the Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are the sole owner of all your submitted materials and are solely responsible for that materials' content. The proprietor of the Website takes no responsibility for any published material and its content. By submitting materials to the Website for publication you licence the proprietor of the Website to place those materials on the Website under the these Subscribers' Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that the Website advises visitors of their limited licence to make copies of the materials on the Website, but you accept that the proprietor of the site has no control over the actings of these visitors and has no responsiblity or liability to you whatsover should visitors breach that licence and your copyright.
4. Data Protection
Any personal data supplied by yourself will only be published on the Website and you hereby consent to this. You agree not to include any personal data on any third party within any materials you submit.
5. Published Material and Its Content
This site provides a forum for publishing your written material and being a contributor you acknowledge that all writing published in your name is your responsibility. You acknowledge that the proprietor of the Website cannot check the Content and accordingly the proprietor of the Website accepts no liability whatsoever for all or any part of the Content. As a precondition for the publishing of Material and Content by the proprietor of the Website you warrant and represent that:
a) you are the sole author and owner of the emailed Content, or that you have acquired the necessary rights of the owner(s) to transmit the Content to the proprietor of the Website for reproduction in accordance with these Subscribers' Terms and Conditions.
b) the use of such Material and Content by the proprietor of the Website represents no violation of copyright or other rights of a third party.
You acknowledge that the proprietor of the Website has the unlimited right (but in no case obligation) to reject, exclude, or withdraw from the site without notice the whole or parts of the transmitted Content where the proprietor of the Website, in his sole discretion, deems such action to be necessary or desirous. Your submitted materials may be withdrawn from the site at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all as the proprietor of the Website sees fit.
6. Participant Conduct
You alone are responsible for all the Content of your publications on the Website and the resulting consequences. You agree that you:

- will not send either multiple emails or one large email so as to annoy another participants or affect their use of the WebPages.
- will not interfere with freethewriter.com network comprising users of the Website.
- will not conduct activities which cause inconvenience, annoyance or needless anxiety to others.
- will not conduct activities which violate the privacy or property rights of others.
- will not infringe laws or other regulations in the context of the participation in the online services offered by freethewriter.com.
The proprietor of the Website reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disqualify participants who infringe laws, good conduct, these Subscribers' Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason which the proprietor of the Website considers to be a serious abuse of the internet services provided by the proprietor of the Website and to remove any content from the Website.
7. Release from Claims of a Third Party and Indemnity
You release the proprietor of freethewriter.com from any claims of a third party against freethewriter.com because of the infringement of their rights, in particular copyright or other protection laws, or in respect of defamatory statements or materials contained in Content in the Website which was transmitted by you. The same applies to claims against the proprietor of the Website about law of competition because of Content in the Website transmitted by you. The defence of such claims may be taken on by the proprietor of the Website, or liability may be conceded by him, at his sole discretion. In any event you indemnify, and will reimburse, the proprietor of the Website his whole losses, costs and expenses, any damages awarded against him by a court, and/or any reasonable financial settlement reached by him with such a third party, resulting directly or indirectly from your submitted Content. You will support the proprietor of freethewriter.com as much as possible in dealing with and answering all claims or allegations made by a third party regarding your submitted Content and will hand over to the proprietor of freethewriter.com all documents in your possession necessary for or relevant to any defence he chooses to make on demand.

10. Ineffectiveness of Terms
Should any provision of the Terms in whole or in part, be determined to be invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason, such provisions shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue to have full force and effect.
11. Governing Law
These Subscribers' Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.
